What is DeePlant Endurance Shot?
DeePlant Endurance Shot is a ready-to-drink electrolyte shot for endurance training and racing. It delivers a measured serving of electrolytes in a compact 25 mL pouch, with no mixing needed.
You can take it separately from your water, giving you another way to manage electrolyte intake within your hydration and fueling plan.
Why does DeePlant come in a 25 mL shot?
The 25 mL format puts a measured serving of electrolytes into a small amount of liquid. You can track what you’re taking without measuring powder or drinking a full bottle of mix to get that serving.
It’s compact to carry and ready to drink. The small volume doesn’t replace your fluid needs
Why manage electrolytes separately from water during a long race?
Once electrolyte powder is mixed into a bottle, every sip delivers the same ratio of water to electrolytes. If you drink less of that mix, you also get fewer electrolytes from it.
As conditions and your drinking preferences change, DeePlant lets you take a measured serving without remixing or finishing the bottle. You still need to manage both fluids and electrolytes as part of your overall plan.
How is DeePlant different from electrolyte powders?
Electrolyte powders let you prepare a drink that delivers water and electrolytes together. Once mixed, the amount of electrolytes you consume depends on how much of that drink you finish.
DeePlant delivers a measured serving straight from the pouch, so you can adjust electrolyte intake without changing your bottle. Both formats can fit an endurance hydration plan.
How is DeePlant different from electrolyte capsules?
With DeePlant, all four electrolytes are already dissolved in liquid. A powder-filled capsule first needs to release its contents, and those minerals need to dissolve before they can be absorbed. DeePlant skips those steps.
Studies comparing specific potassium and magnesium formulations show that how a mineral is delivered can affect its absorption. That’s the thinking behind our fully dissolved liquid format.

How much sodium and other electrolytes are in one DeePlant shot?
Each 25 mL pouch provides:
- 170 mg sodium
- 100 mg potassium
- 26 mg calcium
- 10 mg magnesium
Each pouch also contains 8 g carbohydrates. These are the amounts in one full pouch, not a complete hourly replacement target for every athlete.
What do the four electrolytes in DeePlant do?
Your body uses sodium and potassium for nerve signals and muscle activity. Calcium helps muscles contract, and magnesium also plays a role in normal muscle and nerve function.

Why does DeePlant contain 8 g of carbohydrates?
The carbs provide a small amount of energy, and the formula includes glucose. Your small intestine can absorb glucose together with sodium, a normal process that helps water absorption. That mechanism alone doesn’t prove DeePlant hydrates you faster.
Count the 8 g toward your fueling plan. DeePlant isn’t designed to replace your main race fuel.
What ingredients does DeePlant use, and what does it taste like?
The formula includes sea salt, coconut water powder, red algae, concentrated lime juice, and peppermint powder. Sea salt provides sodium, coconut water powder contributes minerals, and red algae is a source of calcium. Check the pouch for the complete ingredient list.
Expect a concentrated lime-and-mint flavor that’s stronger than a typical mixed electrolyte drink. Follow with water if you prefer, and try it in training to see how it works for you.

Do I need to mix DeePlant Endurance Shot with water?
No. Tear open the pouch and drink it straight. You can follow it with a sip of water if you prefer, especially to clear the concentrated flavor.
No mixing is needed, but you should continue drinking fluids according to your hydration needs.
Does DeePlant replace drinking water during exercise?
No. A 25 mL shot doesn’t provide enough fluid to cover your hydration needs during a long run or ride.
DeePlant lets you take a measured serving of electrolytes separately from your bottle. It doesn’t mean you need less water, and it isn’t a solution for being unable to drink enough fluids.
When should I take DeePlant during a long run or ride?
Use DeePlant when a measured serving fits your electrolyte plan, whether early or later in your effort. It can be useful when you want to adjust electrolytes without changing your drink mix.
Practice with it in training alongside your usual fluids and fuel, and follow the directions on the pack.
How often should I take DeePlant Endurance Shot?
There’s no single schedule that works for everyone. Timing depends on your sweat losses, conditions, and the electrolytes you’re already getting from drinks, gels, and food.
Each pouch adds 170 mg sodium. Build that amount into your overall plan rather than assuming one pouch covers everyone’s needs for a set amount of time.
Can I use DeePlant late in a marathon or ultramarathon?
Yes, if you’ve practiced with it and it still fits your plan. Hours into an event, another flavored drink or capsule may not appeal to you. DeePlant offers another way to take a measured serving in a small liquid format.
A concentrated shot won’t suit every athlete’s taste or stomach. Keep fluids available and test it in training before relying on it late in a race.
Can I use DeePlant with electrolyte drinks, energy gels, and food?
Yes. DeePlant can fit alongside your usual drinks, gels, and food. Count the sodium and carbohydrates from all of them so you know your total intake.
Each pouch adds 170 mg sodium and 8 g carbohydrates. It doesn’t replace your drinking water or your main source of fuel during a long effort.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $60 USD. For orders below $60 USD, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days for domestic delivery and 7–21 business days for international delivery. Delivery estimates do not include order-processing time and may be affected by customs, carrier conditions, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We fulfill orders from multiple warehouse locations. The shipping location is determined by product availability and the delivery destination.
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.
Are original shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns made for non-quality-related reasons. If the return is caused by a verified defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Can I return an item without contacting you first?
No. Please contact us before sending your return deeplantenergy@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior authorization or to an unauthorized address may not be accepted or refunded.
Which items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept items requested for return more than 30 days after delivery; items that have been used, opened, damaged, altered, or are missing their original packaging; final-sale or clearance items where indicated; or items returned without prior authorization.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible at deeplantenergy@gmail.com and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging. Once the issue has been verified, we will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

The 30-day return period begins on the date your order is delivered, according to the carrier's tracking information.
How do I request a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning an item for a non-quality-related reason, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Deeplant Sport will cover reasonable return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
