Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

- Free shipping on all orders over $60 USD
- Orders below $60 USD: shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- Domestic delivery: 3–5 business days
- International delivery: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Multiple Warehouses We ship from multiple warehouse locations. The fulfillment location depends on product availability at the time of your order.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Delays & Lost Packages Deeplant Sport is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
