Electrolytes. Anytime. Anywhere.

Hydration and electrolytes don’t always have to come from the same bottle.

Once an electrolyte powder is mixed, the ratio of fluid to electrolytes is fixed. Electrolyte capsules offer a measured dose, but can be harder to take late in a race.

DeePlant combines a measured dose with a ready-to-drink liquid format — 25 mL, no mixing, no capsules to swallow. It gives you the flexibility to adjust your electrolyte intake as conditions and your needs change.Adjust your electrolytes as your needs change, while hydrating on your own terms.

Product & Design

What is DeePlant Endurance Shot?

DeePlant is a ready-to-drink electrolyte shot for endurance training and racing. Each 25 mL pouch provides 170 mg sodium, 100 mg potassium, 26 mg calcium, 10 mg magnesium, and 8 g carbohydrates. It’s a measured serving you can take straight from the pouch, with no mixing needed.

Why a 25 mL shot instead of powder or capsules?

The small pouch is easy to carry and lets you take electrolytes separately from your water. Unlike powder, there’s nothing to mix. Unlike capsules, there’s nothing to swallow whole. It gives you another way to manage your electrolyte intake while drinking fluids according to your needs.

What do the four electrolytes do?

Your body uses sodium and potassium for nerve signals and muscle activity. Calcium helps muscles contract, and magnesium also plays a role in normal muscle and nerve function. These describe what the minerals do in your body—not a guaranteed performance benefit from taking a shot.

Why does DeePlant contain 8 g of carbohydrates?

The carbs provide a small amount of energy, and the formula includes glucose. Your small intestine can absorb glucose together with sodium, a process that helps water absorption. This doesn’t mean DeePlant is proven to hydrate you faster. Count the 8 g toward your fueling plan, and keep your usual race fuel.

How to Use

How do I take it, and do I need water?

Tear open the pouch and drink it straight. You don’t need to mix it with water, but you can follow it with a sip if you prefer. The shot doesn’t replace your drinking water, so keep following your hydration plan throughout your workout or race.

When and how often should I use it?

Use it during longer training sessions or races when it fits your electrolyte plan. Timing depends on your sweat losses, conditions, and what you’re already getting from drinks and food. Each pouch adds 170 mg sodium. Try your plan in training first, and follow the directions on the pack.

Can I use it with my usual drinks and gels?

Yes. DeePlant can fit alongside plain water, electrolyte drinks, gels, and food. Just count the sodium and carbohydrates from everything you’re taking so you know your total intake. Each shot contributes electrolytes and 8 g of carbs, but doesn’t replace your fluids or main source of race fuel.
